Wanted to charge $80 more than what the dealership parts department charges. $180 more than what the OEM PART can be purchased for online. Tried to charge the customer in front of me for shop supplies when all he had requested was an estimate for the repair.

Checked my car in to get the battery programmed, I had missed a step in replacing the battery, and they pointed that out but didn’t charge me any extra for it and they ended up doing a full diagnostic which showed more problems, but I do believe they were honest with me. I’m comparing prices and will probably be back, they were super friendly and Did exactly what they said they were gonna do.

They installed the exhaust good but when they where taking it out of the trunk they scratched the rear bumper

I'm very sorry to hear that this happened. Can you please send me a picture of the scratch or bring the car by the shop if you have time. There was a scratch already present just above the right inner parking sensor that we documented at drop off and have pictures of on the inspection. But if it is a separate scratch that we caused we will absolutely get this fixed. Thank you! Edit- Thank you for the picture. That scratch was present at time of drop off, we have resent the inspection with drop off pictures. But if you would like to have it fixed, I highly recommend Krucial Kolors! They do great work.

I had an amazing experience here. I originally had an estimate from the dealership that was much more expensive. DAS Autowerks told me which services were and weren’t needed. Once I approved the estimate, the work was completed very quickly. Would highly recommend!

Josh, Antonio, Eddie, and Jose were fantastic. They clearly know European models and they are also clearly car guys. They were all willing to offer me excellent advice and I enjoyed picking their brains on some of the nuances I’ve experienced with my Golf R (I’m new to the European hot hatch world). They came highly recommended by the actual VW Dealership in Tampa, who helped me correct a potential mistake of going to the wrong performance shop here in Tampa. This is now my place for my VDub performance needs. I felt at home with these guys, they exuded professionalism and a very comfortable car-guy vibe. Jose was the guy who did the work and he showed me pictures of the before and after on my intake cleaning. Josh and Antonio talked to me about upgrades and performance mods. I’m very excited to build out my R the way I want and the reason I bought an R in the first place. Thanks guys your advice is priceless.
