I’ve gone to the shop twice for my recently purchased 2018 VW and both times I’ve received consistent high-quality service and a welcoming atmosphere. My first visit was an oil change around Thanksgiving. On my second visit I brought the car in for a check-engine light which they diagnosed and resolved, and provided detailed information specific to VW manufacturing/engineering. They also proactively refilled my windshield fluid which cleared the annoying dashboard warning I had been seeing. And they follow-up post appointments to check in on how the car is performing. I highly recommend Das because of their specialized knowledge of VW, responsiveness, and commitment to transparent, friendly, and reliable customer service.

They are scammers. Overcharged me $145 for a simple air cabin filter replacement, mechanic broke the actuator door causing a clicking sound, they promised to fix it and ordered the part but they never called me back. Finally I contacted them after a month of waiting to inquire about the replacement part and the repair, the owner became loud and disrespectful and claimed they never broke anything, totally backed out of any responsibility. This is the kind of company that you pay for one thing and they break something else for profit. Stay far away.
DAS is a great and convenient place for my regular Oil Change and Tire Rotation. I know I can count on their reliable service and work was timely completed. Thanks Guys!

Even though my daughter's 2002 VW Beetle Turbo isn't like most the high-performance vehicles DAS Auto Werks is known for, they always treat us with prompt care and service as if it were. I appreciate their care and professionalism! Highly recommend to everyone!
